Chesa Ronchi is located in the San Gian di Celerina area next to the Rosatch hotel. Very close to the beautiful church of San Gian and its lawns. The cross-country trails as well as the trails are accessible directly from the apartment. The train station is 500 meters away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car which gives access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away and in winter the free shuttle to the lifts passes under the house. The supermarket is only 300 meters away. There are four renowned restaurants within 400 meters of the house. St. Moritz is 2.5 km away. The second floor apartment without elevator of 120 square meters is split over two levels. On the first level there is a large living room with dining area, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a room with bunk bed. On the second level there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom. Two parking spaces in the garage, shared laundry and ski room. It is NOT possible to use the gymnasium.
