In addition there's also a sofa bed (160x200) in the living room. Additionally, a designated workspace awaits those who need to attend to remote work, featuring a foldable desk with an external monitor and fast internet connectivity. The open living room and kitchen provide a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Guests can take advantage of a parking spot in a covered garage with limited dimension: Height 200 cm - Width 240 cm - Length 545 cm, as well as ski and bike storage facilities, and a shared laundry room. Access to the apartment on the 3rd floor is via staircase only. In the winter months, a ski lift for kids and cross-country trails are just steps away from the building. The Corvatsch cable car is only 600 meters away and guests enjoy a ski-to-door access. During the summer, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails starting directly from the house, and the kite/windsurf center on Silvaplana lake is only 1 km away.
