The cross-country trails as well as the footpaths are accessible directly from the apartment. The railway station is 500 meters away, the Celerina-Marguns gondola lift which gives access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away and in winter the free shuttle to reach the lifts passes by the house. The supermarket is only 300 meters away. Within 400 meters from the house there are four renowned restaurants. St. Moritz is 2.5 km away. The attic apartment on the third floor without lift is about 90 square meters and has a large living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Room with two single beds and bathroom. Parking space in the garage, communal laundry and wi-fi. It is NOT possible to use the gym.
